Interesting way I have end up here. My Aibo (AI robotic dog) does this as one of his skills. The music lured me in..made me curious, and voila. Now I am starting to do this with him every morning! Loved the video. ❤

We do this every day before shift at my place of employment, it's wonderful.

I started doing this every day about a week ago and ive already noticed an improvement in my posture which is something ive been struggling to improve for years! I also have pretty bad circulation as I spend most of my time working on a computer but just doing this has made such a difference!

So - trying to come up with names for each of the 14 different movements. This will help with remembering which exercise goes where if youtube isn't available. I'm trying to give each exercise a name related to nature because the Japanese are really big on nature themed things. Here's what I have so far - please help with suggestions or something that would fit better than what I've already come up with. 1.) Stand Tall + Stretch - 'Mt. Fuji' 2.) Forward Bends + Back Stretch - 'Diving Wood Duck' 8.) Arm Swings/Body Twist - 'Spinning Lilypads' 9.) Sharp Arms Up + Down - 'Striding Water Beetle' 10.) I saw characters doing this in Non Non Biyori and Azumanga Daioh. It looks kind of silly when they're doing it, but I think I'll take it up. Good stretches.
